Appointment Booking and Deposits

  • Deposit Requirement:

    • A deposit is required for all appointments above $19.99. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit Transfer and Forfeiture:

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your deposit to a single rescheduled appointment, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • If you do not reschedule or fail to notify us within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • No Show and No Call Policy:

    • If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call to notify us, we will fully charge the card on file for the missed appointment. This policy is in place to respect the time of our staff and other clients.

Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

  • Payment Methods:

    • We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please ensure that your card information is up-to-date to avoid any issues with booking or appointment charges.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your appointment once using the same deposit if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule more than once or do not reschedule within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited.

General Policies

  • Arrival Time:

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

  • Health and Safety:

    • For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any skin conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

  • Client Conduct:

    • We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful manner while at our salon. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Privacy Policy

    • ​We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information, including payment details, is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and processing payments.

  • Changes to Policies​

    • V's Waxing & Threading reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and it is the client's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
