Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment with V's Waxing & Threading, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that I am voluntarily participating in esthetics services provided by V's Waxing & Threading, which may include but are not limited to waxing, threading, and henna application.

2. Health Conditions: I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the outcome or safety of the services provided. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the esthetician of any changes in my health status prior to each service.

3. Risks and Complications: I acknowledge that esthetics services carry certain inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, redness, swelling, and in rare cases, infection. I understand that while V's Waxing & Threading takes all necessary precautions to minimize these risks, they cannot guarantee a completely risk-free experience.

4. Aftercare Instructions: I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by my esthetician to ensure proper healing and to minimize the risk of adverse reactions. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in complications for which V's Waxing & Threading is not responsible.

5. Personal Responsibility: I assume full responsibility for any personal injury or complications that may arise from my failure to disclose any medical conditions or to follow aftercare instructions. I agree that V's Waxing & Threading and its employees will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from my participation in esthetics services.

6. Photographs: I consent to the use of photographs taken before, during, or after my service for promotional and educational purposes. I understand that my identity will not be disclosed without my explicit consent.

7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: I acknowledge and accept the cancellation and no-show policies as outlined in the terms and conditions provided by V's Waxing & Threading. I understand that a deposit is required for appointments over $19.99 and that failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of my deposit or full charge of the service.

8. Agreement to Terms: By booking an appointment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this liability waiver. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and that all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction.
